신경조직 스트레칭, 신경역동술(neurodynamics)

뇌에서 부터 이어져 나온 척수 그리고 그 척수에서의 잔가지들을 물리적으로 스트레칭 해서 얻을수 있는 효과에 대해 알아 보려고 합니다.

물리치료계에서는 이것을 신경역동술(neurodynamics)라고 합니다. 

제가 첫번쨰로 올린 급성기, 섬유 모세포기, 리모델링기 중 이러한 컨셉의 스트레칭은 언제쯤 사용 하는것이 좋을까요? 라는 질문을 받았을 경우 저는 섬유 모세포기(부상 후 최소한 2달 이상 근, 건, 인대, 뼈, 연골 에따라 달라질수 있다) 가 지나고 나서 적용하면 좋다고 생각합니다. 논문들중 에서 impact factor 2.0(스포츠 의학 저널에서 신뢰할수 있는 기준이라고 생각하면 됩니다) 이상인 저널에서 이야기 하는것들이 만성적인 근골격계의 문제들 혹은 체력적인 요소들이 급성적으로 신경역동술을 통해 통계적으로 유의한 변화(변화가 있었다는 말) 가 있었다고 합니다.

저는 이러한 신경 역동술에대한 과거부터 현재까지의 효과 그리고 혼자 할수있는방법 까지 차례로 올리려고 합니다.
